I tried the above on the other previously affected account as well, but the parts did show up there this time. When I try to run the game via either the base game or the expansion, the new body parts still don't show up. The base game always comes back with one wrong file which it downloads, but the next time I check it shows the error again. I reinstalled the games and ran verify game cache on both the base game and the expansion pack. You would have to contact Valve's Steam Customer Support as they would best be able to assist your issue due to being able to access your account information

If I am understanding your statement correctly, because you purchase the content on Valve's Steam Platform, even though it is a game that we created, we have no access to the details of the product because you purchased it on a different PC gaming platform. Thank you for your inquiry and sorry that you are experiencing trouble with the spore game. My partner has the same issue with his game and C&C Pack, but he owns Galactic Adventures as well and that doesn't show up as registered to his account either. I have both Spore and the Creepy & Cute Pack via Steam, and have installed both on my PC, but the content from the C&C Pack isn't showing up in the game, and the Spore website doesn't recognise I registered the C&C pack to my account.
